I have sore shoulders from long physical work. Constant pain, not unbearable but constant. I bought this in the hope that it would somehow help with the pain. I can't stress enough how well this works. I wear it several hours a day and don't feel any pain during this time. is that convenient? I don't like tight clothes, but they are tight. That's not why I got it. It works for me and I highly recommend it
