Arrived open but product works
The product itself is good I have used it before and it makes my hair very soft and healthy. I bought it for the first time on Amazon and it was somewhat open. The lid seems to have come open, probably due to shipping, but I can melt the plastic to close it again. I appreciate that there was a plastic cover to prevent the spill from getting any worse, but additional padding may be required during shipping.
