Review on Lusso Gear Red Heavy Duty Back Seat Car Organizer for Enhanced SEO by Matthew Burnett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's well done!

I truly believe the quality of this product is 5 stars above any other similar item I have researched. It's very well done. However, there are some things that could be better.1. The instructions show a sliding plastic clip on the headrest strap. It will be exactly the same as what is actually on the bottom strap. However, there is no such clip on the headrest strap. The function of the clip is to hold the extra piece of belt down and prevent it from coming loose. I just tied the end of the strap to me, but a safety pin will do too. It doesn't matter much. 2. There are two straps hanging from the bottom of this unit. They appear to be loops. However, there are no instructions as to what they are for, but I suspect they need to be bungee attached to the underside of the seat. It's not really necessary, but I can see how it will help keep the device in place a little better if you're trying to remove the detachable Velcro pouch. However, this doesn't work, so you can attach the loops to the seat. Maybe they don't have that feature and are just meant to hang things up? Again, there is no instruction manual for their function.3. They are a lot narrower than I expected. I don't know if the measurements are correct because I didn't scroll at all to find them. I just don't think I need to go out and measure the width of my seats with a tape measure to get a product that fits almost every seat. I have a 2018 Silverado and they are a bit narrow for what I wanted but they are still amazing and perfect for my needs.4. The bottom strap is in a great location compared to others I've seen where it rides in a middle back position for those sitting in this seat. However, it's still a bit large and I had to lower it to fit at the base of the seatback that it attaches to. So that the person sitting in the front seat does not feel it. Two problems with it: it pulls on the seams at the top of the strap so it wears out faster, and it doesn't allow the strap to tighten one bit. Advantages: 1. It has enough storage space! I like that there is a detachable pocket with a zipper. I've put kleenexe wipes in because they don't fit in a box, but I've seen from reviews that other systems that fit in boxes don't actually fit in a real box. So it works fine. Even my kids can just pick it up and keep it on their laps for as long as they need Kleenex.2. We have DVD players strapped to the headrests of our seats. This is an aftermarket and they have cables everywhere! Children tripped over it and pulled it out. Their replacement was only a matter of time. However, these organizers covered the cables and left them in the seats because I installed them on top of the cables and the DVD players didn't interfere with the installation of all of this at all. I was even able to route the cable connecting both players to play the same movie through the red label on the front so it didn't get in the way of that cable. It has 4 cup holders but they hold an umbrella, medicine, hand sanitizer and many other things. My kids have car seats with cup holders so we really didn't need all 4 for this purpose. There is an extra mesh pocket on the outside of the cup holders for you to put something small.4. Top Pockets: The zip pocket offers space for your belongings, but also a clear plastic tablet holder. We haven't tried it, but it looks big enough for a full-size iPad or tablet (thick rubber cases might be an issue). When you don't need it, you can take it out and use it for storage or keep something wet. I don't think it will come off completely so it won't be easy to clean. The other pocket underneath is huge. It's not flat. It is sewn in such a way that it can be filled without stressing the seams. It closes with a velcro. Overall I'm very happy with it. If it comes loose I can stick a safety pin in the straps to hold it in place. It also has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Many people have complained about this tearing. I registered my two. You will be provided with a card that you take a picture of with your camera which will open the registration website and it takes about 2 minutes. You will need your Revain order number which I just copied and pasted from my app. I would be interested to know how the customer service really is. I kept three small instruction cards and filed them together in case I had to return them under warranty. I will buy 2 more for my other car. Also included are the hooks I found that hang from the headrest bars. They were the biggest and strongest looking I've found. They can be installed a number of ways (see their reviews for ideas), and regular headphones hang on them just fine. Since they are made of metal, even heavy objects can be hung on them. You don't fall. I was able to empty the door compartments and the diaper bag. This leaves room in the door and room on the floor where the bag was. My kids tripped over it and kept climbing on it making it dirty and full of what was on its shoes. Now they can get on and off without any obstacles.
