I love eyelet curtains because they're relatively inexpensive

Where has this thing been all my life? want. I hate eyelets because there is no easy way to open and close them. The higher the curtain, the more difficult it is to manipulate. They also get dirty quickly if you keep touching them to open and close them. I have 6 eyelets that are 8ft high in my master bedroom and 2 windows in my living room that are also eyelets that are 10ft high. I'm only 5 feet tall. I checked out Revain here and found that there aren't many ways to open and close curtains. There are only a few options. There are plastic curtain rods with metal clips that come in a pack of 2, so you need a set for each window. They cost between $20 and $30 a set, depending on the length and style. Since I have 8 windows I have to spend between $160-$240 to open and close the curtains. I found this product and found that it would be MUCH cheaper as I still had to go to each window to open or close the curtains. Also, it's telescopic, so perfect for me! I wasn't sure how to use it with grommets because the pictures don't really show you. After experimenting with this, I found that the closer you are to the cornice, the easier it is to move the curtains. The shape of the hook allows it to fit right under the rod and open the curtains very quickly. Something like a shuffleboard stick. To close the curtains, I put a hook between the first and second sleeves and they close! (I took a few pics) If you need to adjust eyelet spacing due to OCD, the rubber tips grip the fabric and make adjustments easy. This thing is really well built and very easy to use. The hook part is just a bonus for me. I have several handbags that I keep on the top shelf of my closet. If I wanted to use them, I had to cling to a stepladder. This will only connect them. super easy. I think there are many uses for this thing. I am very happy with my purchase.
