The concept of this set is great for our spin bike, allowing my husband and I to ride with different cleat systems. However, I did one ride after receiving the pedals, and the cleat tension was very loose. I spent the summer riding my outdoor bike, and one rainy day I tried to tighten the tension to ride the spin bike indoors.
