UPDATE 2/2020: After about 19 months our eufy has decided that it is no longer working properly. It spins and spins on a wheel and then squeaks until we come to rescue it. Upon closer inspection, some of the wiring was frayed and shorted out on the left side. We had a good sweeper back then (picks up a lot of dirt!) but I'm disappointed that we're already looking for a replacement. Guess I expected it to last longer! First review: I wanted to love it. Everything is OK. We have both medium and low pile rugs. This vacuum works great on medium naps (surprising!), but in low nap areas I just watch as it sweeps dirt away or rolls right over it, leaving the room just as dirty. You might think it would be the other way around and would work great on a smooth floor. Not as much. This is disappointing because we wanted the vacuum to be primarily dedicated to that part of our house and we chose this model because we thought it would work well around the whole house, not just this part. I think I just want more. UPDATE: I have changed my original rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. This company contacted me and gave me various suggestions on what to try to meet our needs. It's amazing to work with them! While it still doesn't perform as well as we'd like in low pile areas, we're in much better shape now after speaking to the company. Customer service +++++!
