Works but adhesive is weak
Material looks decent and absorbs shock when it hits the surface. However, the glue is very weak. After wearing them for a week they started falling off. I bought the 3M double sided adhesive that is used for the detachable cars and added my own adhesive and now they are pretty much attached. I don't need to purchase any additional glue to make your product work. But now that they're in place, I'm happy.
