I travel with various suitcases in the back of my SUV and most of the time I don't take them to my hotel room. You can wrap them around the suitcase handle or through the zipper hole. If you install it correctly and someone messes with it, an alarm will sound. Very loud. The alarm also has a small flashing light that can deter someone from picking your car.
