I'm so glad I bought this set! He transformed my old office chair with a seat that was too hard and no lumbar support into a WORKING HEAD. Being a small person, most chairs are too big to support me properly. The back end pushes me forward in the chair just enough to work comfortably and also supports my lower back. I put a small pillow between this backrest and the chair to keep the position a few inches forward. The seat cushion is heavenly. What can I say? Happy back, happy ass.
