My son is 7 months old, 27 inches tall and wears 12-18 month old clothes. I bought this item hoping to stop using pillows in relatives' homes and give him more comfort. Didn't expect it to be small, definitely won't be using it 2 years ago as advertised. Photos are misleading as they make the product appear larger than it really is. It's great for newborns and children up to 1 year old or younger. In general, the mattress is comfortable, high quality, there is a pillow.
