Outstanding Service, Knowledgeable and Tackled Every Issue Immediately
The efficiency in getting things done without putting them off any longer than they should be! They were extremely fast at addressing my concerns as well has providing excellent customer service (even after I left!). It may seem like you know your stuff but sometimes it does take me awhile before fully understanding everything or realizing if there is something more complicated then just asking for clarification helps immensely!! As far back-ups go - nothing much really needs said here though their expertise was top notch from start throughout project completion/deletion of media etc.. Honestly haven't noticed anything negative yet other companies might get annoyed about minor details so overall thumbs up. Global IT &amp.
- Fast response time when issues arise especially during holiday season due diligence being completed ahead fo scheduled timelines..great communication skills between all parties that helped avoid delays which would have otherwise been caused had we not followed through quickly enough
