Review on Techware Corporation by Fernando Hudson

We needed to outsource our helpdesk due lack of qualified resources for this task at my workplace but were skeptical about how it would turn up as we have used other outsourced companies before with mixed success so far! The team has been fantastic from day one - very professional yet approachable people who are extremely knowledgeable across many areas including networking/server administration etc which was key when you're an organisation that relies heavily upon them being available 24x7!! Our support tickets respond quickly (aside form holidays!) & they've got all manner covered too e..g anti-virus products / firewall rules setups.
