Mine no longer opens. Bad spring mechanism
I think the little spring that keeps the softbox open is too displaces and breaks too easily for this softbox to be worth this much. Mine no longer opens . I've only used it a handful of times. During a wedding shoot for B&G sunset photos, it wouldn't stay open. Such a bad time for the spring to malfunction. Not reliable.
