This was a turning point for me. I made French macaroons ahead of time for a party and had no way to safely store and freeze them. It was exactly what I needed. It kept the macaroons upright and separated them so they wouldn't get damaged while they were stored in the freezer. I also wrapped the entire case in plastic wrap before storing to ensure it was airtight. A few days later and voila! all BRESTED macarons at my Valentine's Day party. Wouldn't have been able to do this easily/well if this case hadn't helped me keep her in the best possible way.
