ONLY ONE MUST BUY EXTRA! I've wanted tinted taillights for a long time but didn't have the time. After searching for DIY videos on YouTube (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) and watching Revain, Vvivid was rated highly, so I gave it a try. Keep in mind that Vvivid DOES NOT SPONSORED me, but I can't praise the quality and ease of working with this compared to eBay's cheap "wet-apply" shade. Be sure to use a heat gun and be patient when trying to smooth out any wrinkles and be sure to stretch the foil. I went over 8 feet of vinyl before getting comfortable due to the tricky curves and edges of my taillights (see photo). It's easy to apply to flat surfaces, but hard to stick to tight corners (heat, stretch, and use your finger!). After that, it was exactly the shade I was looking for. Turned my bright red rear end into a subtle deep cherry color, just what I was looking for. California-based CHP and local police are on the lookout for power outages. But I think they're subtle enough to get away without drawing too much attention from PD, but enough to make them stand out compared to OEM taillights. Will try to update within a month to see how it holds up, but so far so good. The people who left such bad reviews only experienced user error. Be persistent, be patient and the end result will speak for itself.
