Review on ShopperTrak by Brian Cruz

The ease of use of this app which lets us see where our target audience shops in real time! This also allows us to reach out and market to our audience with greater precision. There are not many downsides- it is pretty easy to set up as well as integrate into our existing marketing platform. I wish there were more options on how to configure and manage shoppertrak. Sometimes the system takes a few seconds to update itself, so have patience! Analyzing user data of our customers allowing us to provide them with personalized content that they will like! Customer service is great! I had an issue with my account and they were quick to respond! They are very helpful and friendly. I have not used their app but I think it would be nice! I am currently using their software for our store and we are able to see what products are selling best and when. It has helped us improve our business and make sales more efficient.
