ShopperTrak Review

I like that it is free for small businesses. It does not provide an entire suite of tools but gives you insight into what your customers are doing in store or online when they shop with you! That being said there could be more options as far as functionality goes (more robust reporting would make me happy). The ease of use of this app which lets us see where our target audience shops in real time! This also allows us to reach out and market to our audience with greater precision. There are not many downsides- it is pretty easy to set up as well as integrate into our existing marketing platform. I wish there were more options on how to configure and manage shoppertrak.
