Review on ShopperTrak by Mike Wallace

I like that it is free for small businesses. It does not provide an entire suite of tools but gives you insight into what your customers are doing in store or online when they shop with you! That being said there could be more options as far as functionality goes (more robust reporting would make me happy). There really isn't anything about this program we dislike so far - just continue using and monitoring shoppertrak's progress over time will give us some insights as well. We have been able to see trends in our business since implementing Shoppertraks software back in 2016.
