So I want to start this review by explaining that I've been in the industry for a very long time and have had the opportunity to use many different supplements . I am emphasizing this because there are many products/companies in this industry that are taking you in the wrong direction. This add-on and the company that created it are not affiliated with it. This supplement is a pure form of beta-alanine and does what it is supposed to do. HOWEVER, in my professional opinion, this is NOT a beginner's supplement and should therefore be used by people who understand its purpose and what it will do to you. Taking full advantage of this dietary supplement will give you goosebumps! BUT, that's how it should feel. This supplement is NOT a stand alone supplement and in my opinion should only be used when added to a base stack of supplements that provide more optimal results such as: B. a protein supplement, a pre-workout supplement or a creatine supplement. If you decide to start taking this supplement for the first time, you should work your way up to this product by starting with half the dose a few times to get used to how you feel. Then proceed to the full serving size. Well, as far as this particular product goes, I give it an 8/10. It appears to be a pure version of beta alanine but the price per serving/size is high which I believe is purely brand related and not product related. Also, the container it's packaged from is only a third full, which just seems branded to make it look bigger than what you get. I don't blame them for the quality of the product, which is why I'm giving it four stars. but I feel like there are many other beta alanine products that give you a lot more bang for your buck than this one.
