Ordered a great shirt with 18" neckline and 32-33 sleeves. the shirt will be big. I ordered this shirt in a slim fit with a large neck and it fits perfectly, don't worry about the word skinny it's not tight. I run a large size on most of my shirts and was told I would need to dial in x more to get that neck size. Order this shirt, you will love it. I liked it so much that I ordered another shirt!
