Review on 🔒 Water Repellent Black Sleeve Carrying Case for Inateck 13-13.3" MacBook Air/Pro Retina: A Protective Bag by Daniel Drury

The cover works perfectly, no complaints, but the zip and the fabric to which it is attached are very poor in my opinion ! In the photos you can see how it breaks even with moderate use. Now I only have one open sleeve and my Mac has already slipped out and fallen on the floor (luckily on the carpet) because of it. I don't know if I received a defective product but I'm certainly not happy with it and I'm sticking with my 1 star rating. EDIT *** Turns out customer service contacted me and replaced it for my inconvenience for free! Def is a great way to treat your customer. I was even offered an expensive replacement.
