Very Pretty: my feedback
The quality is decent. It does not have a zipper or buttons for closure so it is kinda hard to get on and off over the head. I would suggest to order a little larger for that reason. It definitely needs the hoop skirt under it. The skirt is very full and long.
- Worn for a 4th of July parade. Made very well. Very comfortable.
- The dress is not true to size, resulting in a poor fit
