I am a runner who loves to train most of the year. When it's dry and 40+ outside I definitely try to get a few miles. But since I have dreadlocks and a lot of loose hair, I need a well-insulated hat when it's windy and/or chilly. Please refer to my profile below. My hair doesn't fit in the back. Second, the fabric isn't as dense as my insulated running tights. So when I ran 7 miles on a sunny 44 degree morning, I came home with a runny nose and then a runny nose. Nothing for really thick fluffy tails and can't stand the wind.
