I just received these tape measures today and am VERY disappointed in the total lack of quality control on this product. I understand that this is not an expensive precision instrument. Still, I expect some semblance of accuracy in my measurements. I believe this product will be of little or no use to me due to the extremely imprecise placement of the metal end tabs (on both straps). Especially since I can't even rely on this product to measure evenly from one side of the band to the other. If you're looking for a feed that gives you a quick visual reference, this might work for you. If you are looking for more I think you will be disappointed.
