I loved this product...when it worked! It worked so sporadically that I finally gave up. I just bought a regular pump soap dispenser, removed the batteries from this product and got rid of it. 7/5: I am updating my original rating. The customer service department emailed me after seeing my review and sent me a new soap dispenser. I was so surprised and very happy that they responded to my review so quickly. I wish I could say that everything turned out well, but unfortunately I can't. The new dispenser worked great...one day. If you don't use it during the day, it goes to sleep and stops working without a restart. Too disappointing. Let's get back to my pump dispenser.
