I was eager to try the UMMISS clothing, shoe, and jewelry collection because their web shop featured stylish and cozy items. However, I was quite disappointed with the company's performance. I placed an order for various things and was looking forward to getting my box. When it eventually did, though, I was immediately let down. The shoes felt light and ill-fitting, and the clothes was harsh and cheap to the touch. To make matters worse, I discovered that the process was overly difficult when I tried to get in touch with the company's customer support team to ask about returning my purchases. The support I received was slow and unresponsive, and when I did get a response, the customer service agent was unhelpful and nasty. Even when I succeeded in returning my stuff, I couldn't shake the sour taste in my mouth. In addition to the poor quality of the products, the appalling customer service made me feel as like I had wasted my time and money on a subpar purchase. In conclusion, I had a really disappointing experience with UMMISS. Their customer service was unhelpful and harsh, and their products were of poor quality. To anyone searching for a dependable and trustworthy buying experience, I would not suggest this firm.
