They feel soft to the touch and seem to be in great condition! I usually wash my clothes before trying them on, but I can tell that they will be loose enough for me to fit. They won't be too tight. I could have sized down, but I do enjoy baggy clothes.I am 5'0, 175lbs, 38 inch bust, 42 inch waist and I ordered a xl.
