Review on 🍷 Compact Vertical Corkscrew Stainless Steel Wine Opener with Foil Cutter for Wine Bottles by Jeff Payne

Today was the third attempt to use this metal object with levers. The screw easily penetrates the cork. The problem is that it also comes out easily when the cork is lifted maybe 0.25 inch. In the previous case, I was able to remove the cork on the second try. This time even 4 attempts didn't work. What a robbery. from this product. Oh, and the foil cutter isn't very efficient either. The product arrived in pieces (see photo - exactly as found when opening the lid) but it didn't seem significant so I didn't report it at the time. I hope the seller backs up their products and refunds. I will edit this post when customer service responds. Update: July 10, 2019 The seller was very responsive and offered a very satisfactory solution. I will update the review when the fix goes into effect. Update: July 10, 2019 Corkscrew Replacement. Now let's see if it works. I will report. Due to the exemplary customer service so far, I'm increasing the rating to 2 stars in the meantime.
