Review on ABUS Granit XPlus 540/160 HB 230 – 9 Inch U Bike Lock for Enhanced SEO, Product Code: 111617 by Napoleon Robbie

I'm editing my review after contacting DealExperts about the issue. As you can read in my original post I had some issues with this lock which was very confusing as Abus is a premium brand and one of the best locks out there. After my beloved Peaches bike was stolen in downtown Los Angeles, I couldn't take another loss. I'm a full-time student with 3 jobs; My friends kindly offered a new bike, but I had to pick the lock. After 2 months of struggling with the lock and putting my work/study together, I contacted Revain customer service. They said it was "out of return period" and referred me to the retailer. The dealer said it was "beyond the return period" and referred me to Revain CS. I went back to DealExperts and asked them to take pity on me as I'm a student and I can only get around on my bike. Just in case I wrote this bad review. DealExperts immediately replied to give Revain CS a return authorization and after a long phone call to Revain they sent me a new lock and it arrived within 24 hours! I have yet to return the defective one, but I just need to print the label, which is free. I am very glad and happy. The new lock works like a dream. I will definitely work with DealExperts again. Original post - I was so amazed by this lock. I researched carefully and chose this as it's as close to the top of the line as it gets. But the key is in the lock. I ride EVERY day so it caught on pretty quickly. I thought NBD it's new it just needs some use. nope It's been 2 months and I still have to try 8,9,10 times to block him EVERY time. I try to spin it, I try to wiggle it. I've tried bike lube. I've tried everything! Now I'm not sure what to do. Everything else about it is amazing. :(
