Review on Hypersphere Vibrating Therapy Ball by Hyperice: Unleash the Power of Vibration for Optimal Recovery by Teri Washington

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for pain associated with spinal stiffness!

I have intermittent severe chest pain associated with immobility, which I attribute to night work, lack of sleep, scoliosis, and my job where I spend hours hunched over patients' beds. My pain comes and goes but my most recent neck and upper chest pain has been around for about 2 months and I have an awful tension headache associated with it. My pain persists despite daily recommendations for Pilates, stretching, and occupational therapy. I wake up in excruciating pain. I looked for EVERYTHING to help. I have an inversion table, lumbar stretch (adjustable arch), foam roller, wheel roller, Spineworx leveler, yoga ball, Shiatsu massager, Twin Block Pro for suboccipital relaxation, and see a chiropractor regularly, among other procedures that I can't think of the moment. Any of these things work, but none of them relieve the pain quite like this ball. It doesn't last long (nothing lasts) but gives me significant relief over a long period of time, which is all I'm asking for. I mostly wake up immobile in my lower thoracic and lumbar spine trying to sleep to relieve pain in my upper spine. I feel like I'm 90 years old, but with my stretch marks and this ball, I feel like my suffering can end. At least I can wake up knowing I can significantly reduce the pain even though it hurts so much to get there. of you (and shake things up!). My recommendation to the manufacturer is to make a power button and a separate button for vibration intensity (they are the same for now). I don't take any medication for this and am trying my best to make my back feel better. For those like me who are silently suffering from back pain, try this. It can make your life much more bearable.
