Product arrived damaged

I'm pretty sure they sent me a used ball as if it had been repaired. There were some small scratches on the plastic. The power button looked used with a small scratch on the rubber button. On the opposite side where you connect the charger, this information sticker has shifted and is starting to peel off. KEEP IN MIND! The ball consists of two halves. They make you think it's not. My two pieces didn't come together or line up. Some areas had to be tight to loosen up a bit. The screws were also…

Great for shoulder and neck muscles! Small enough to pack for travel. I don't want to live without!

I have a large Hyperice Vyper cylindrical device that is very comfortable for my legs but too large and bulky to use on the shoulders and neck. When I saw this item during the Revain Prime Day Sale I decided to give it a try. I love it! I use it 3-4 times a week mainly on the shoulders but also on the calves and buttocks. Ideal for pain associated with spinal stiffness!

I have intermittent severe chest pain associated with immobility, which I attribute to night work, lack of sleep, scoliosis, and my job where I spend hours hunched over patients' beds.
