Review on Hypersphere Vibrating Therapy Ball by Hyperice: Unleash the Power of Vibration for Optimal Recovery by Jose Gerber

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for shoulder and neck muscles! Small enough to pack for travel. I don't want to live without!

I have a large Hyperice Vyper cylindrical device that is very comfortable for my legs but too large and bulky to use on the shoulders and neck. When I saw this item during the Revain Prime Day Sale I decided to give it a try. I love it! I use it 3-4 times a week mainly on the shoulders but also on the calves and buttocks. Despite its large size, its shape allows me to focus on specific areas of muscle tension to break knots, and the vibration is much more effective and less painful than using a lacrosse ball. With regular use on my shoulders, I have reduced the frequency of tension headaches and significantly reduced my shoulder pain. I love it so much I've taken it with me on my last two trips to Europe to help with neck and shoulder tension. Sitting in uncomfortable airplane seats for 8-10 hours. Unfortunately, after three months of frequent use, it does not turn on today. I emailed the manufacturer through their website and they responded within an hour. Hyperice promised to fix it and ship it back to me within a week so I could have it in time for my next trip. I'll update this review if I come across any more concerns, but I recommend it to anyone who needs an effective tool to relax tight muscles.
