I'm pretty sure they sent me a used ball as if it had been repaired. There were some small scratches on the plastic. The power button looked used with a small scratch on the rubber button. On the opposite side where you connect the charger, this information sticker has shifted and is starting to peel off. KEEP IN MIND! The ball consists of two halves. They make you think it's not. My two pieces didn't come together or line up. Some areas had to be tight to loosen up a bit. The screws were also exposed. The loose spaces created gaps that prevented the ball from being level with the rest of the ball. I tried anyway, but only for about 15 seconds. I stopped because it started making this clicking noise. I liked the idea of this ball. I hesitated to buy because of the price. I just want it to get better. I will try to exchange it for another before trying to get my money back. To update. YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM! This is not disclosed anywhere. Luckily Revain was able to get my money back. What a waste of time!
