The mount fitted my Note 4 well and held it securely until yesterday when the phone first fell out under hard braking. Until yesterday it also held securely on the windshield. It broke off and fell, but the car stood in the scorching sun and terrible humidity for about 2 hours. I will only use it when I need to use the GPS and keep it in my glove box otherwise. I like the device in general. It holds the phone well and the suction cup holds better than any other I've tried. I was able to position the phone to access all of the controls and the positions make it easy to see the phone's screen. The video was well done and helped with the installation of the unit and the only reason for the 4 star rating was the suction cup failure. .
