I made my own mounting holes and cut outs but the hardware I have used has held up well for over 1 year and has been ridden a lot. Although the upholstery of the seat started to tear at the top. I also covered the cut out frame with black rubber stoppers. Also, white caps have been added to the screws protruding from the included U-clamp. All in all it was a great accessory and I would buy it again. (I bought 2 for both quads). If the company would like to send me a new cover that would be great, but I can't really complain about the performance of the seats. Very happy.
