We have been using this system since 2013 and we couldn't be happier with it! The customer service has always been fantastic, they've helped us get everything set up properly to start seeing results. There are so many great features from tracking member activity in real time, to customizing reports to fit our needs. I can honestly say there's nothing about BSOI that I dislike. This is a very user friendly platform that allows you to customize your data fields as much or little as needed. Tracking member engagement and usage of all equipment.
