Honestly, the bag is beautiful. I like the texture of the surface, it sticks very well and firmly to my bike. I ride an electric bike off-road, so I really mean it when I say the straps on this bag are strong. But if only it had been packed more carefully. Maybe I should have taken a picture but I'll try to describe what the packaging looked like. The whole package was rolled up in a burrito shape. Honestly it looked like garbage. The plastic wrap around the bag looked like a fast food burrito. I don't think it's that bad because after I filled it with all my emergency kit, it's the same shape as the product photo. I have 2 spare cameras, a small tool bag with wrenches, screwdrivers and zip ties. 5 small tire repair kits, a bead fitting and bead removal tool and a compact hand pump. In fact, it can have all the tools I need in case of an accident. The problem is that all the zips are misaligned and I believe that could have been solved if it had been more carefully packaged. I don't know if the seller is to blame or not. but basically all the zips in the corners are very tight and want to get caught on the fabric. If you've ever broken a zipper, you'll understand what I'm trying to describe here. These zippers are not smooth and I take extra care when trying to zip them up.
