Really got rid of the smell, not temporarily. It didn't give me a full blown migraine allergy attack like some strong carpet powders do. The carpet in our bedroom has been attacked countless times by tiny ringing terriers. This is Florida and it always stinks because the smell is amplified by the humidity. I'm pretty sure he's in the concrete now. We have a very good flow cleaner and use it a lot. I would give anything to rip or replace the carpet, but this is a rental property.
