The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I ended up having to accept an offer to end their free bark collar offer if this device didn't work. My dog is too stubborn and needs vibration stimulation when he's naughty. However, when I contacted support and told them the device wasn't working, I was able to scan the QR code to have a free bark collar shipped to my home, which worked very well. I talk to the device, and if it doesn't work, I go on the bark collar route. This is a win-win situation. The device is harmless and very easy to use, but as I said, my dog is too stubborn and needs the stimulation that the collar provides.
