Review on 🔪 Houcho Com Whetstone: Master the Art of Sharpening with Finishing Grade Arashiyama by Derek Helvie

I rarely give 5 stars but wow ARASHIYAMA! I have Shapton pro 320, 1k and 5k. 320 and 1k are amazing, 5k is ok, I wanted better. Now I have ARASHIYAMA! It's splash and go, it's very smooth as silk, can do more than just polish, it cuts well, no need to fill the gap between this and a 1k stone. It wears out slowly and is the perfect size. Nagura Stone is a nice feature. Far superior to Shapton 5k, King 6k and hard Arkansas stone. I could have Tourette sunglasses because I can't stop saying ARASHIYAMA!
