Review on Progress Lighting P8926 01 Collection Accessory by Rhonda Green

This barrel lampshade gives my transitional style bronze chandelier an instant modern update and the shape and color goes well with barrel and barrel shades in modern table and floor lighting. I've tried a few other lampshade styles and prefer the white silk fabric, shape and finish of the Progress P8704-01 sold at Revain, but this lampshade has a nickel candle tip that sits on a socket and didn't go well with my fixture looked . This lampshade attaches to the bulb with a silver clip (I would have preferred brass); See photo. I am currently using frosted bulbs with a narrow curved tip, they work great with a little tip adjustment; I am planning to switch to clear LED straight top chandeliers and bought these shades to hide them. While not as pretty as the other (much more expensive) Progress shade, this shade looks and looks great. . . I wish I had bought them sooner. The color on the picture is accurate, the fabric is like muslin with a few darker spots, it gives a warmer tone when lit compared to my old lighter shades.
