Works great with parts and components

Great as a replacement. I replaced Frau's hydraulic disc brakes with mechanical ones. The description clearly states that it does not come with a rotor or hardware. The picture shows a bracket that is not included in the kit, if you replace the calipers you already have them, the rotor and fasteners are definitely already there.
