I love that it's easy to use, and has a lot of features for me as a person who likes to organize things on my own. I like how this makes it easy for people in different parts of the world to communicate without having to send emails back and forth. It also helps keep up with all of your contacts from different events so that you don't forget who you need to contact and when. Sometimes it can be hard to understand if someone is typing in Chinese characters or English characters, but I think there may be an option to switch to a different language. It would be nice if there was an easier way to send large files. This app works really well, and I love that I can just check it occasionally to see what's been said about my ministry.
