Delivery They used USPS and our postman didn't deliver it to our home. But neither the USPS nor the carrier said so. They said the mailbox was full. Turns out two I-Mate printers don't fit in the machine they're using to deliver. The company that sells this QIDI product lost two stars for that. It took me several days to figure out that I had to travel many miles to pick them up at the post office! So I went and took her with me. Very bad service"Prime"! You had to use a shipping company like UPS or FedEx. Printer This printer prints about the same quality as the I-Max. (I have two QIDI I-Max printers and use them every day and they print great with some simple tweaks). the print head pushes the filament off the spool causing the print to fail) and ordered a glass platen to print on (necessary for large prints as the magnets were not strong enough to keep the magnetic PEI sheet flat on large prints. ABS We only print ABS, and this printer prints ABS perfectly if you put cardboard on the exposed areas. If you don't want any disruption while printing, a 2mm ID Teflon tube (you can find it on Amazon from the back of the printer to the print head) ensures the filament doesn't kink and also feeds securely without loosening the print spool. Load. The bed is 270mm x 200mm, bigger than they say which is a plus. If you buy a 270mm x 200mm glass plate for 3D printing (you can also find these at Revain) and Avery Stick glue on the magnetic platform it works much better. Also Avery glue stick (not Elmers) to glue the prints to the glass. Hire another company with many more 3D printers and use Avery glass and ABS glue stick with great results. This printer is a workhorse and we use it every day. Really great for the price (would give 5 stars if the shipping wasn't so bad!) Worth buying.
