Breath strips are actually small squares of plastic

"Breath strips" are actually small pieces of plastic that don't dissolve as one might think. One of these stuck in my gums for weeks causing pain and swelling before my dentist removed it. When he finally pulled it out, he said it wasn't really a breath strip and he saw that kind of thing quite often. what is this garbage I thought toothpaste was supposed to help your mouth and not send you to the dentist. Stay away!
