I have blood group O and this product is not suitable for blood group O because it contains safflower oil. I tried running today and noticed a lot of discomfort in both knees and usually when I eat something that causes inflammation it starts with my knees as the main indicator that I ate something I shouldn't have eaten. I'm checking the ingredients for this supplement I just took and I saw that it contains safflower oil. There is another version of Lipo 6 that I've been taking for a few years and have never had any problems (came in a blue/grey bottle) and I've also noticed that it seems to be more powerful, I'll look for that version. It worked much better than this with no side effects.
