The ability to create and manage courses in one place, which makes it easy for our staff to find what they need when needed. We can also export content into other systems such as Salesforce, which is great for the end user who may not have access to an Alurna account. There are some things that I would like to see improved - maybe more integration with other platforms and better reporting. However, this is not something that we are currently looking at changing. I think the biggest benefit of using Alurna is the ease of use. This allows us to train new employees quickly and easily without needing to rely on other systems.
