Easy to use! I soak my Invisalign retainers in these pills everyday and they definitely keep them clean and fresh much better than just brushing them with toothpaste. It doesn't completely prevent the aligners from yellowing, but I change them every 7 days so it doesn't bother me. Flavor is also a big win! Polydent tablets leave a barely perceptible mint aftertaste. My dentist once soaked my braces in a different cleaning solution while brushing my teeth and when she gave them back to me they were so awful and bitter that I had to take them out and soak them in mouthwash for hours. I highly recommend these Polydent tablets
