Half of the details are missing. Support didn't help me.

DO NOT BUY The swing has clearly been used and is missing half the parts. Hardware and mounting hardware allows you to attach a children's swing tree in minutes. My swing came with no fasteners or mounting hardware. What would a kid do with half a swing? I understood why I was upset that I didn't receive the product as advertised.
