Review on ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Polar T31 Coded Chest Transmitter with Elastic Strap by Brandon Christianson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Doesn't work with my Life Fitness.

Never had the opportunity to choose the size of the strap. The resulting band is medium in size and too tight. My old Life Fitness is NOT reading the signal the device should be giving! Update 01/09/2019: Both the manufacturer and the seller are selling this device WITHOUT A MANUFACTURE DATE. Without a date, the buyer is taking an unjustified risk and acquiring something that has been around for several years and may be gathering dust on some seller's shelf. I have had 3 of these bodypack transmitters in the past, bought locally - NO problems. The idea is that both the manufacturer and the seller sell them without disclosing replacement batteries. That means you throw it away and BUY a new one! Watch a YouTube video of people replacing a regular CR button cell. I didn't do it, but the demonstration is commendable. This unit will also most likely be returned to Revain as defective. UPDATE January 15, 2019: The seller completely dismissed the fact that the belt does not transmit heart rate to my Life Fitness. This far outweighs the idea that the strap is too small. That's called discounting and it's not good. The item DOES NOT WORK and will be returned.
